By accessing or using Survivor Fantasty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Survivor Fantasty is a fantasy league platform based on the CBS television show Survivor. Users can draft castaways, make predictions, and compete on leaderboards. This is a fan-made platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CBS, Survivor, or any related entities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or draft results
  • Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
  • Post spoilers outside of designated discussion areas

5. Intellectual Property

The Survivor Fantasty platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by us. Survivor, its logo, and related marks are property of CBS and its affiliates. Cast photos and show-related content are used under fair use for fan commentary purposes.

6. No Gambling

Survivor Fantasty is a free-to-play fantasy platform. No real money wagering is involved. Any rewards, badges, or perks are virtual and hold no monetary value.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scores, predictions, or leaderboard data. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information from this platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
